Refund Policy

1. Overview

BridgeNurse is a product of Bluedove Technology and Integrated Services Limited. Payments on BridgeNurse are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the in-app billing page or through Paddle at paddle.net; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges fall outside the 30-day window of the original purchase but may still be refunded by Paddle on request where required by law or where the renewal was not used.

4. One-time purchases (credits and exam passes)

Unused credits or exam passes are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. Once a credit or pass has been consumed, that portion is non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email used at checkout to request a refund or manage your subscription. You can also email support@bridgenurse.com and we will help you through Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law, including Paddle's Refund Policy.
