1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to BridgeNurse ("the Service"). BridgeNurse is a product of Bluedove Technology and Integrated Services Limited("Bluedove", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least 16 years old and, if accepting on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

BridgeNurse is an online educational platform that delivers practical and AI-based practice questions, timed mock tests, explanations and learning tools for students preparing for nursing council exams (including NMCN) and the NCLEX. The Service is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee exam performance, licensure or any specific outcome.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals and cancellation mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page or through Paddle at paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not: use it unlawfully; commit fraud or spam; infringe intellectual property rights; interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping); share account access; redistribute or resell content; reverse-engineer the Service; or circumvent technical limits. Questions, explanations and AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal study only.

6. AI-generated content

Some questions and explanations are generated or assisted by AI. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for verifying their accuracy. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for clinical judgement or professional medical advice. Do not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, infringing or misleading content. We may filter, remove or refuse to produce outputs and may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, branding and software, is owned by Bluedove or its licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific result (including passing an exam) will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluedove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of your data within a reasonable period before deletion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
